BAGgies Virtual Art Group

As the World Madness continues our little art group is experimenting with going virtual. Just because we cannot meet as a social group doesn't mean we can't share our paintings. Here is the latest post:

Experimental Posts for Belper Art Group

During this period of World Madness our art group has been suspended. Doesn't mean that we have to stop painting and sharing. IF you want to share your art work on this blog just send me the photo(s) by email attachment (.jpg) and they will appear here.

ARTfile up and running.

This experimental blog is associated with Belper Art Group. Click on this link: Belper Art Group.

Below are some poor attempts at painting and drawing influenced by Henri Matisse, Joan Eardley, Norman Cornish and Valeriane Leblond:

Norman Cornish painted Durham miners and scenes from the northeast of England. Joan Eardley painted mainly children from the tenements of Glasgow. Matisse painted women (with exceptions) seated by windows in sunny rooms somewhere on the Mediterranean.
